How do I place my order?
To place your order, follow these steps:

Browse through our biggest catalog of products until you find something you like, choose the relevant size (if you are not sure of the size, refer the size info to find the correct size) and click on the ‘Add to Bag’ button (you are eligible to add multiple products on your bag).

‘In my bag’, you can either choose to continue shopping or confirm the order.

Once the bag is all set, proceed to checkout, submit your shipping address, select the desired payment process and confirm your order.

How will I receive my order?
We will ship your product on your mentioned shipping address. We have tie ups with reputed courier companies, so your orders will be delivered to your doorstep. All orders will be delivered in fully sealed packages to protect your goods and ensure that they reach you in perfect condition.
How will I get confirmation that my order is placed successfully?
We'll send an email with your order information to confirm and another email when your order is shipped out. However, the order will be accepted and sent to you once your credit card/debit card and address details have been approved and verified, unless it’s a COD. Sit back, relax and wait for your awesome designs to arrive.
I tried placing my order using my debit card/credit card/Internet Banking. The order was not successful but my money got deducted. What really happened with my money?
Please check your bank/credit card account to first ensure if your account has been debited. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back by banks within 7 business days. For assistance you can write to us at care@picksilk.com, we will be happy to help you out.
How should I check the status of my order?

If you have a user account and were logged in while you placed your order, rest assured you can track the status of your order in your Picksilk.com account.

Once your order is placed, we will send you confirmation of your order details over email/sms. Again, once we dispatch your shipment you will be notified via email/sms. In case of any unusual event which delays your order, you would receive a special update from our end.

If you still have apprehensions, write to us at care@picksilk.com, and your issue will be addressed.

How do I cancel order?

Tap on “My Orders” section under the main menu of your App/Website/M-site and then select the item or order you want to cancel

COD orders can be cancelled directly from the registered account before it gets shipped.

For prepaid orders, please contact our Customer Care at care@picksilk.com to cancel the order and refund your payment. Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made.

If you cancel part of the order, shipping charges will not be refunded.

If the order is shipped already, unfortunately we wouldn’t be able to cancel it.

Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?
Yes, you can modify the shipping address of your order before we have processed (packed) it, by updating it under 'change address' option which is available under ‘My order’ section of App/Website/M-site or mail us your order details along with modified address to care@picksilk.com.
I just cancelled my order. When will I receive my refund?

If you had selected Cash on Delivery, there is no amount to be refunded because you haven't paid for your order.

For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet you will receive refund into the source account within 7-10 days from the time of order cancellation.

How can I pay for my orders at Picksilk?
We support the following payment options at Picksilk:

Cash On Delivery (available in selected pin codes and only in India)

Credit Card

Debit Card

Net banking

Gift Card

How does the COD (Cash on Delivery) payment option work?

Picksilk's Cash on Delivery option allows you to pay order value at the time of delivery for all orders less than Rs. 20000.

To pay for any order using Cash on Delivery (COD) mode of payment, please select the 'Cash On Delivery' option on the payment page.

Cash on Delivery option is available only in selected pin codes.

However, the COD limit may differ from customer to customer depending upon the order rejection percentage from a particular customers registered email id. For avoidance of doubt, 'Order Rejection Percentage' shall mean any undelivered orders which are returned from the address provided by the customer even, after two successful delivery attempts.

Are there any COD charges?
No. Picksilk.com doesn’t levy any COD charges.
Why can't I see the COD option on my payment page?

If you do not see a COD option on your payment page, this may be due to one of the following reasons:

Your order value may be greater than Rs. 20000.

Our courier partners may not support the Cash on Delivery option for your delivery address.

You may have placed another order using the COD option which is pending delivery. If the amount of this order when added to your current order exceeds Rs. 20000, then the COD option will be disabled temporarily.

What should I do if my payment fails?

Please retry making the payment after ensuring that the information entered is accurate, including all account details, billing addresses and passwords.

If your payment still fails, you can use the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option, if available on the payment page to place your order.

If your payment is debited from your account after a payment failure, it will be credited back within 7-10 days, after we receive a confirmation from the bank. For any further clarification, you can email us on care@picksilk.com

Are there any hidden charges?

There are absolutely no hidden charges. Any octroi or sales tax is actually borne by Picksilk.com. You pay only the amount that you see in your order summary.

International orders might differ.

What is Picksilk's Shipping Policy?

We strive to deliver products purchased from Picksilk in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible.

If the order is cancelled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges, if paid online.

How can I check if Picksilk delivers to my PIN Code?

You can find out if Picksilk delivers to your PIN Code using the courier serviceability tool available on the product page.

Please tap on “Check Delivery options” and enter your area PIN code in the respective field to get the required information about standard order delivery time and availability of Cash on Delivery for the Product selected.

The PIN codes serviced by us are frequently updated, so if we do not deliver to your PIN code today, please come back and check to see if this has changed.

If your Pin code is not serviceable and you would like to place an order, please write us at care@picksilk.com.

How do I check the status of my order?

What is the delivery time period?

For orders within India, delivery time is 7 - 14 working days.

For International orders, delivery time is 14-21 working days.

Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address and order type such as “pre-order” or “made on order products”.

Do you apply any shipping charges?

For orders within India, there is no shipping charge.

For International orders, the shipping and handling charges are paid for by the Customer while placing the Order.

The International Consignments are also liable for applicable customs duties and taxes as prevalent in the respective destination countries and an additional handling charge by the shipper that facilitates the customs clearance.

Return policy for Silk Sarees.

We strive to deliver products purchased from Picksilk in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible.

If the order is cancelled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges, if paid online.

Returns for Silk Sarees are applicable only under 2 conditions.

1.Either the delivered product is in damaged condition.

2.Product delivered is different than the ordered product.

Shades/Colors displayed across the range of silk sarees may slightly vary from the actual color due to multiple settings in your monitor or viewing device screen (Laptop / Mobile / Tablet), or impact of our digital photo shoots. We request you to consider these minor color variations before placing the order.

Returns are only applicable on orders shipped within India

All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

Picksilk is keen to provide its customers with a high level of customer service, so as to ensure the complete satisfaction of all its customers. Consequently, Picksilk always aims to enhance the shopping experience of its customers, so as to provide the best quality of products and services.

Goods once sold cannot be taken back or exchanged unless found to be eligible for exchange or return at the discretion of Picksilk as detailed below.

In the unlikely event that any product you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if product delivered differs from what you had ordered, you may return the product unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, for a refund or an exchange, within seven (7) days from the date on which these products are delivered.

On receipt, in case it is noticed that the external packing of the product is damaged or tampered with, immediately verify the quality/quantity of the product against the invoice, before accepting the package from the courier agency. In case of any discrepancy, you may either refuse to accept delivery or accept delivery only after putting a suitable remark on the proof of delivery indicating the nature of damage or tampering that you observe.

In case of receipt of product in damaged condition or, with manufacturing defect or a wrong product has been received, kindly contact Picksilk at care@picksilk.com, within twenty four[24] hours of receipt of product.

We request you to retain all packaging materials and product until receipt of instructions from our customer service team in relation to the same.

We request that you DO NOT return any product, before receiving confirmation from Picksilk customer service team for the same. In case any product is returned without such confirmation, Picksilk does not guarantee any credit or replacement of the product.

The email should contain comprehensive details of the defects/complaints of the single order/package delivery. Please note that Picksilk shall examine the returned products for all such defects/variations, on the basis of the customer’s emails.

All defective products ALONG WITH COPY OF INVOICE, ORIGINAL PACKING AND IN THE ORIGINAL CONDITION as sent to customer, shall have to be sent back to Picksilk within seven (7) working days from receipt of confirmation for the same from Picksilk. Safe receipt of defective product by Picksilk is sole responsibility of the customer, and upon compliance of these provisions, the obligations of Picksilk, if any, under this return policy come into effect

While returning the defective product, kindly mark the package as ‘DEFECTIVE RETURNS’.

Picksilk shall examine the products returned by the customer for such defects/variations as complained by the customer, and ensure remedial steps are taken immediately, provided that the customer has fulfilled all its obligations as stated under this return policy.

Picksilk shall send the replaced product at the earliest possible, at its own cost. In case the original product is no longer possible, the customer may be requested to select an alternate product, which shall be sent to you, at the cost of Picksilk.

Picksilk shall bear all costs for shipping and delivery of the altered/modified/alternate product.

Notwithstanding the above, Picksilk is under no obligation to accept any returns or provide any replacements or exchange or store credit. Picksilk shall have sole discretion to assess each case separately, and shall take necessary action at its sole discretion.

Return policy for Jewellery.

Customized (including personalized/engraved products) and Made on Order Jewellery is not eligible for a Money back and 30 Day Exchange.

Once your returned item is received our Quality Assurance department will review the returned item.

Any item that shows the sign of wear or have been altered, resized (by a Jeweller other than the company), or damaged cannot be accepted for 30 days’ money back.

Product should be accompanied with Original Product Certificate and Original/Copy of Invoice for all exchange within the 30 Day Money Back period.

In case the customer cannot produce the original certificate, the company will send the solitaire/jewellery to the Lab for recertification. The shipping and certification cost shall be borne by the customer.

The money back amount will be 100% of actual amount paid. In case, any Coupon, Discount or Promo Codes were used during the original purchase, the exchange amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the Coupon, Discount or Promo Codes, as applicable.

In case, any Coupon, Discount or Promo Codes were used during the original purchase, the Buyback/exchange amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the Coupon, Discount or Promo Codes, as applicable.

In case of a refund on 30 days Money back, payment of the refund amount shall be done by the way of an online bank transfer to the customer's bank account within the 10 days of receipt of product. If the mode of the payment is through online debit/credit cards/net banking, the refund will be processed by reversal of the previous transaction.

In case the exchanged value is higher than the value of the old product, the customer will have to pay the difference between the new product chosen and the amount paid towards the old product. In case the exchanged value is lesser than the value of the old product, the difference will be held as a credit for future purchase

The prevailing market value will be determined by the company.

This feature is not available for International Orders (Orders that will be shipped abroad from India)

What to do if I forgot my password?

Do you accept bulk order?
Yes. We do accept bulk orders. Kindly write us at care@picksilk.com.
I want to place an order but I don’t want any price tag or invoice attached as it is a gift for some one. Is it possible?
Unfortunately, no! Because of the prevalent regulations, we send the invoice along with the product. Tags are also left intact so that a product can be replaced if your loved one faces any issues
Is there any trial and then buy option?
Since we sell only on our online store, there is no trial and buy option available at this point of time.
We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products shown on this Web site. However, because the colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate. We request you to make allowance for such variation in colour of the products as displayed on the website.
A customer must place an order keeping in mind this minor variation in colour as seen on the website as against the actual colour of the product received.
The colours red, maroon and orange colours have a tendency to reflect a different shade than other colours. There may be certain variations between the product of such colours as seen on website and actual product.
The colours green and blue at times may overlap. Same is the case with off-white, white and cream colours.
Sea Green colour sometimes looks Aqua blue and the other way around.
Products which are embellished with sequins, beads may have a tendency to come off, in spite of all prudent care.
Picksilk does not offer any blouse stitching service or alteration services.
Every sarees comes with running blouse only. We do not offer any separate blouse pieces. Blouses shown in product pictures are just for representation purpose only.
Blouse color is dependent on saree theme and we do not accept any claims related to blouse color in the saree.
Please note that Handloom silk sarees by nature have unfinished threads in saree and it doesn’t come under damage.

We ship to most countries across the world except a few where reliable and consistent courier services are not available.

In all International Shipping, the shipping and handling charges are paid for by the Customer while placing the Order.

The International Consignments are also liable for applicable customes duties and taxes as prevalent in the respective destinations, and an additional handling charge by the courier company that facilitates the customs clearance.

All customs duties/taxes and handling charges at the destination country are payable entirely by the Customer.

Our international shipping charges are very minimal and the more you buy, the more you save. Rates are as follows.

The international shipping charge is INR 2000/- on single product delivery. Further, an extra charge of INR 500/- is added to every consecutive product along with it.

For example,

If you buy only 1 saree, the shipping charge is Rs.2000.

If you buy 2 silk sarees, the shipping charge is Rs.2500.

If you buy 3 silk sarees, the shipping charge is Rs.3000.

If you buy 4 silk sarees, the shipping charge is Rs.3500.

If you buy 5 silk sarees, the shipping charge is Rs.4000.

If you buy 2 silk sarees, the shipping charge is Rs.2500.

etc.
